At the Pensions Regualtor we listen to our users needs and use an evidence based appraoch to building our services. Starting with the Government Digital Design Standards (GDS) and iterating based on our own research we endevour to build the best possible experience for our users.
We use different prototyping methods including sketching, building on Adobe XD and using Github to develop html, css and javascript prototypes. In the left hand navigation you will find SSRA portals current research including links to the prototypes.
